Overview
On the first day virtual talks were given to specialised tracks and departments, while also general guidance about a future at the firm as well as the culture. I found the panelists engaging and very informed. The in person day was extremely helpful in finding out what the next steps were and putting the theory of the day before into practice. I found it really helpful to be on site and also meet in person with the people at EY.
Skills
Yes, I have a much better grasp of doing group interviews online, something very new to me. And hearing wjay recruiters look for and how they look for it was very insightful as now I, for the first time, have an actual procedure to display soft skills- instead of just focusing on the task at hand.
Business Insight
Very helpful, ai think it's hard to impart a real understanding in such a short space of time, but as mentioned before the panelists were very helpful. The second day was very helpful in focusing on the immediate next steps.
Culture
Really friendly and welcoming, and genuine. This was a very refreshing aspect of EY, and something I am very impressed by.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it very much, I think the first day being virtual doe mean you can't really interact with others, but I suppose it was also very information heavy. Otherwise it was very fun.
