Overview
1 day virtual introducing西瓜视频 to their Programme and Business line Following with 1 day in person at the applicants respective office, where you meet EY employees, including an EY partner.You are also given the opportunity to ask questions at each stage. This says ends in an Assessment centre mock to give you a real gauge of what to expect in the future
Skills
I was able to learn how to talk with various people and learn about their backgrounds, and appreciate the differences. This varies from other candidates to partners at the firm
Business Insight
It was very comforting, learning about the career progressions at the firm, and how the broadness of your work changes as you stay longer since you start to specialise
Culture
Very inclusive and very much comforting, can be seen from their inclusivity programs
