Overview
It involved panel talks and networking with graduates and senior managers. Group assessment activities and masterclasses into building personal brands and assessment centres.
Skills
Developed my agility and adaptability and ensured my communication and team working skills remained high
Business Insight
It was engaging and inspiring to here about the roles available and how much everyone was enjoying working here at the firm and the potential routes I can take in order to become one of them.
Culture
The culture was very warm and inclusive the graduates seemed very passionate and honest with regards to how supportive EY is and how their approach is different to other similar firms
Your Impressions
I enjoyed the insight a lot the range of activities really motivated me to pursue a summer and the approachability of everyone who I spoke to helped me gain as much insight as possible to make informed decisions about EY
Yes
Be confident engaged and focussed. Be flexible and adaptable but learn when to say no at some points. Do not be a yes man but also be keen to get involved and learn new things out of your comfort zone. Ask questions always and especially if you are struggling with something.Make use of your time effectively.
