Overview
It was very engaging and insightful as I got to hear from EY employees and understand more about EY, for instance, their hybrid working culture. Over the 2 days, I listen to panels to know more about the company and received tips on EY assessment centre and got to do a mock assessment centre which was very fun.
Skills
I have developed skills such as communication, curiosity, and teamwork. This was particularly developed in my mock assessment centre where I got to work with 5 other teammates on a sustainable problem. We discuss different initiatives to arrive at a optimal solution.
Business Insight
It was very insightful. I don鈥檛 think I would be able to learn these information without this insight day.!
Culture
It鈥檚 very welcoming, genuine and engaging. The culture is also supportive and flexible as well due to the hybrid working culture.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed this insight to a great extend, and I found everything was perfect - the attendances, the employees, and the programme.
Yes
They should research and prepare before applying. They should demonstrate the skills EY is looking for.
