Overview
The first day was online, where they explored EY as a firm, and discussed more in detail the specific service lines they have. The second day was in person, where we got the chance to hear panels from current employees, undergraduates, EY partners, and to network.
Skills
Yes, I've developed my collaboration skills through the mock group Assessment Center activity they gave us.
Business Insight
It was very informative, we got the chance to learn more about divisions we didn't even apply for. They were super helpful in guiding us towards the Summer Internships and Grad Schemes they provide.
Culture
While it was professional, all the people there were very nice, helpful, and super eager to tell us more about EY.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it greatly! I would easily recommend it to anyone who's curious in joining the company!
Yes
Do your research about both EY as a company, and the specific division you applied for beforehand. Other then that, the most important thing is that you're ready and willing to learn and engage!
