Overview
The first day was virtual and had multiple talks from different people who worked at EY about your selected division and how they encouraged diversity as a company. The second day was in person in the office and consisted of networking opportunities with current graduates and then assessment centre tips and a mock activity.
Skills
I have developed my communication skills through the mock assessment centre group activity.
Business Insight
It was a great opportunity to speak to different people who work here at different levels and find out more about their day to day roles.
