Overview
The experience was very interesting as it gave me an insight into not only the Tax industry but EY as a company and the culture there. There was a great amount of opportunities to hear from all kinds of people ranging from recently joined graduates to established partners. Overall, the experience has been impactful to me and I believe that I'll be able to apply everything I鈥檝e learnt towards my future career journey.
Skills
I鈥檝e developed my skills such as communication, team work and relationship building skills thorough the different activities I took part in.
Business Insight
It was very interesting to see how one industry can have many different services but how they are still intertwined with each other. Learning about how EY focuses on empowering and being inclusive is another thing that really stood out to me.
Culture
EY culture focuses on empowering and being inclusive and this was clearly displayed throughout the 2-day programme. The general atmosphere complemented this as EY felt like a place where you can be valued as an employee and really be comfortable and relaxed.
