Overview
Managing licenses for various software and project management of deployment of new tech tools
Skills
Yes, project management, verbal communication, critical thinking and problem solving but also technical skills like PowerBi and data analysis
Responsibilities
At the beginning not very much but once I really started to learn the role then I got given much more responsibility ie managing projects by myself
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support from my manager in terms of work advice and also wellbeing advice which I鈥檓 really grateful for. There were also a few mentors I had around the company who weren鈥檛 assigned to be my mentor but became my mentor which was really helpful as well.
Culture
Normal corporate atmosphere but slightly more laid back on things like dress code etc
Your Impressions
I really did enjoy it as my manager was very supportive and nice. The work was a bit mundane at the start but once I got going I found some of it really interesting.
