Overview
Pilot scale trials to validate/confirm lab based work and tailor this to the EU factory plants for large scale production. Supply chain support and solving issues that are occurring in large scale production by performing pilot trials and recording outcomes.
Skills
I've learned about more specific hair technologies and more about scale up principles.
Responsibilities
A large amount of independent work was given to me after my onboarding was completed which was very beneficial to my professional development and confidence

All the required guidance, if I ever had any questions they were swiftly answered, or, I was pointed in the right direction to obtain meaningful feedback

Very casual in a good way, everyone supports each other which made me feel welcomed when I first joined
