    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I have thoroughly enjoyed my work placement and have managed to gain a set of transferable skills alongside of being part of an extremely supportive and friendly team. The intern programme is set out with a clear programme to follow outlining skills you will gain and situations you will face. I truly feel that it has been the best placement for me due to the opportunity to gain a set of excellent skills but also its relation to my degree. I have gained valuable business information and have had the opportunity to walk around local businesses and question the employees of their processes and procedures along with gaining an understanding of their recruitment process.

My job duties began to included negotiations, meetings, marketing and the representation of my candidates within the market.
