  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Skills developed include increased time & workload management, effective communication skills- over the phone, email and in person. Increased self confidence, negotiation skills, sales techniques and working in a team.

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • The office has a lively and fun atmosphere- but we have core hours where we focus on phoning clients and candidates. We run competitive incentives across the whole office and in our individual teams which create a fun games to engage and motivate us.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Very well set up - we had an initial 12 weeks of training and inductions in different areas- followed by further training in systems, advertising and how to effectively work with candidates and clients. When we first joined we all had the same performance targets, which boosted the competitiveness- and after our 3 month review we could choose to do more client focused work and our managers set our individual targets specific to our workloads.

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
