The Role
I have thoroughly enjoyed my work placement the office I have worked in and the team I have been involved in.
I feel like I have contributed well within my team which has resulted in me feeling valued by my colleagues.
A good level of support has been given my management and then once I was confident I have been given the responsibility to get on with tasks by myself.
Everyday was busy, it is a very fast paced environment.
A high level of responsbility has been given which Is one of the main reasons I have liked my placement at Hays.
I have learnt alot of life skills from my time in Hays that I can take forward in all aspects including my studies as well as experiences that can help me with case studies whilst back at University
The Company
A very fast paced office with people always on the phones creating a busy and pro-active atmosphere. Every gets along well and is socialable outside of work.
Hays have a large internship programme set up across the UK and is run by a good team which make sure you get all the support you need whilst on placement.
Hays provide first class training, providing equal training for placement 西瓜视频s to full time employees therefore showing Hays value all their employees at all levels.

Employement prospects within Hays are very appealing, there is alot of opportunities within the organisation and a clear route of progression within the business.
The Culture
The office was extremely sociable with everyone socialising outside of work, Hays also provide regular conferences for all employees to attend.
I lived at home whilst on placement therefore I already had lots of friends within the area.
Nightlife is of a good standard in Ipswich but nothing like big cities such as London or Manchester.
I often played 5 aside football with collegaues outside of work.
