The Role
HAYS is a great company to work for. The Placement itself has been very enjoyable as well as being challenging.
I felt very valued. From day one you are an important part of the team with the same responsibilities as any associate recruitment consultant would have.
Very structured training programme that I thought was very important and helpful. As well as being sent for training to other offices with other placement 西瓜视频s,.
Always busy. May look like long hours of work but if anything you stay extra hours to get the work done.
Lots of responsibility form day one. Treated the same as any Associate Recruitment consultant with my own desk to manage.
A key skill that I developed was time management as well as what to prioritise and when. This should be very helpful in assisting with my further studies.
The Company
It is a sales environment so everybody is always very busy and focused. There is always charity days were there is fancy dress and also lots of social events outside of work time.
I thought it was very organised. The training is very structured with a 13 week plan as well as being sent to other offices for extra training.
The amount of training given was really good. The training was similar if not the same as any other Associate Recruitment consultant.

Hays is a great company to work for and would be appealing to any placement 西瓜视频 to come back to.
The Culture
Being based in a City there are lots to do outside of work. Hays promotes socialising with your fellow colleagues as well as large social parties such as the Christmas Party.
Being city based it is always going to be more expensive than out the city living costs.
Its a city centre with lots to do and different places to go.
With work there were activities such as a 5-a-side football team but again with being a city centre there are lots to do.
