Overview
You get put on an actual audit and do different tasks that contribute to the overall audit
Skills
I've learnt a lot of excel skills and communication skills, as well as building confidence when asking for help
Business Insight
It was very informative, you felt welcomes when you didn't necessarily know something and people are happy to explain things to you, they also do this with enthusiasm
Culture
Very welcoming and positive, I felt like I wasn't an outsider and I could integrate within my engagement easily.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed the insight a lot because I didn't feel like I was somebody on the outside that was just here for 3-4 weeks, I felt like an actual team member who could contribute a lot to the team.
Yes
I would tell people to be open about the opportunity of working for Deloitte as well as embracing the Independence that comes with it.
