Overview
The role involved working on various Audit engagements, usually working from the office, as well as having the opportunity of attending client site to get some hands-on experience. Most of the work involved completing Call and Casts for Financial Statements, as well as Trial Balance Tie Through for the relevant Audit entities.
Skills
I have certainly developed existing Excel and Accounting skills on the job, as well as learning to navigate various Audit platforms, including Omnia and Levvia.
Business Insight
From the start, the company explicitly explained the various services that Deloitte offers, whilst my buddy, People Leaders and employees of the firm enriched my understanding even further, answering any unanswered questions.
Culture
Very friendly staff, who were always open to helping and assisting when needed, as well as regularly checking in and making sure that the interns felt comfortable working in the office.

It was very enjoyable to experience working as a full-time employee at Deloitte. From the work that was assigned, to the regular day to day discipline of attending work and doing the routine tasks
