  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Running initiatives to reduce the Ethnicity and Gender Pay Gaps within the company. This includes running skills workshops internally and attending conferences to gain knowledge in DEI.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • Facilitation and coordination skills through administrating the skills sprints and training colleagues. Communication and collaboration through my work with the Colleague Resource Groups and getting engagement across the organisation on several DE&I initiatives. Research and analysis through looking at the outcomes from the workshops internally and to gain business credibility external research on the importance of promoting self-advocacy amongst minority groups. This all supports the creation of an inclusive work environment.
