Overview
Management Trainee - customer service, sales, business management, accounting, marketing. All aspects of business taught in order to know how to manage a business.
Skills
Communication, adaptability, time management, attention to detail, customer service.
Responsibilities
Was given the chance to run the day at the branch. I also was able to open and lock up the branch. Responsible for vehicles and customer care.
Support & Guidance
Support was amazing! Many contacts including a mentor. I was able to reach out to any member of the business.
Culture
Felt welcome and supported by everyone at all levels. Cant fault the culture and general atmosphere.
Your Impressions
I wholeheartedly enjoyed my whole placement year. I have been able to apply myself in various ways within the business and have had opportunities which I would not have received elsewhere.
