Responsibilities
I am treated like a full time employee rather than an intern / placement 西瓜视频 and given equal if not more responsibilities in comparison to the entry level associate's who have joined. I have been given tasks in which I have had the opportunity to train people as well as plan team activities.
Support & Guidance
My line manager is excellent and a great support. He is always there for me if I have any work related questions and has been a great mentor. My wider team have become some sort of a family and our team dynamic is incredible. The senior members of the team are always on hand to answer any questions and give me great career / life advice.
Culture
Extremely friendly! They look at your personality in the interview and put you in a team that you'll fit perfectly in. We have monthly work events along with a Christmas party and summer one too! Their incentives are incredible which make you work harder. Teams go for regular drinks / dinners after work
