The Role
I have very much enjoyed my placement with hays
have always felt valued by my colleges and feel that my work really makes a difference
My manager was always there to support me and help develop my skills
in this role i always had tasks to complete and work to do so was kept very busy
i was given a large amount of responsibility being treated like a full time employee in terms of the role that i had wihtin the business
i developed strong communication and relationship building skills in this role that will serve me well for life
The Company
The atmosphere is my office was fast paced
The placement was very well organised
invested to a large extent in terms of training and development

future prospects with the organisation look positive but i am unwilling to fully commit to any future roles
The Culture
a very good social scene amongst other interns as all were a similar age and had shared interested and hobbies
I lived at home with my parents and communted up so cost of living was minimal
alot of pubs around the area and good places to go for dinner
was regular 5 a side football matches and other activities to participate on outside of work
