The Role
I have enjoyed my placement very much. I enjoyed it to the extent that I have extended my internship as I was keen to stay and develop what I have learnt further.
My colleagues regularly praised me and told me how much they valued my help, including a regional managing director.
My days are always very varied and busy. I have various tasks that are set by my mentor and also given to me by other members of the team.
I was given lots of responsibility, I momentarily ran a desk during a period of time. In this time I made several placements.
I feel I will go into my final year focused and driven. I feel this is as a result of the quality training I received during my time with Hays.
The Company
It was often very positive, however throughout my time I saw a large amount of people leave the team.
I believe it was very well organized. I had hands on training from my first day, including training in the head office.

My plan is to stay within Hays and the company are keen to keep me as well.
