About You
The Insight day was very enjoyable with lots of interesting topics focusing on industries themselves rather than just this specific company.
Lots of current graduates and employees took time to talk to us and give us very helpful advice.
At the end of the day there was an employability session, giving us guidance on how to apply.
There were several networking and group opportunities to develop our inter-personal skills. All the information given was useful and intrensting.
The Company
There was a clear agenda which was kept to very well. However the company was very late in sending the agenda and other important information.
The general atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, with all of the employees being very approachable and genuinely wanting you to ask question.
There was a few group activities throughout the day
There was a lot of employees telling us what it would actually like be working there but we didn't experience that as it was only a day.
It was helpful because we were interacting with employees.
I am already confident in what career I want to do, and the insight day did not change that,
Everything Else
I was reimbursed but only up to 拢50, and the notice for telling us about this was very late.
Before the day started and over lunch there were plenty of graduates and employees we could network with.
There was not that much chance to social with other people attending and no ice breakers.
Activities outside of work were mentioned briefly.
I would recommend this as the information given was very useful and it was a very exciting day in London.
