The Role
Excellent learning opportunities and wide variety of work to get involved in.
Everyone were very friendly but there is only so much value an intern can add to the company. I would imagine this would change after becoming a permanent employee.
Line manager was excellent. Had weekly meetings and guidance during the internship.
It would vary between the weeks. There is always something to do.
One of my projects, I was given a lot of responsibility. Again this is something that would vary depending on which project you are on.
Excellent training. Plenty of specialist training courses lined up during the internship with lots of additional training which you can get involved in. Definitely have improved communication and organizational skills significantly. Much clearer understanding of work in a consultancy. Gained experience in both Life and Non-Life insurance.
The Company
Very friendly and easy to talk to atmosphere.
Very well organized.
I would say quite a lot due to the amount of training we got during the internship.
Subsidised Canteen
Plenty of opportunities available within the organization with options to move around between divisions too.
The Culture
Yes.
Plenty of opportunities.
