The Role
I really enjoyed my placement with Hays. If you are looking for a challenging placement then Hays is for you.
Very valued by my team, colleagues and management.
From day one you are given a huge amount of responsibility. You are supported throughout and are given excellent training and development which ultimately help you to be as successful in the role as you possibly can be.
Always busy - the day goes by quickly despite the long working hours.
You are given a great deal of responsibility from day one in the job. You are responsible for setting daily objectives, prioritising workload and a variety of additional duties.
I have developed a variety of skills which include communication, multitasking and the ability to work well under pressure. I have also developed by confidence and know that these skills will prepare me well for my final year of University and for life thereafter.
The Company
The atmosphere in the office is busy.
Very well organised with a clear structure in place for development.
Hays really pride themselves on the training and ongoing development they give to their employees. Despite only being here on a 1 year placement I feel like the company have invested in me a huge amount, so much so that I feel like I am a permanent member of staff.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Hopefully! I have been told that previous interns have returned after completing their degree.

I have always found the staff at Hays to be sociable and very friendly. Teams often get together to play team sport games, go to dinners and socialise with colleagues outside of work.
