    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • I supported investigations into financial discrepancies and assisted with business valuations. My day-to-day involved collecting financial data, preparing valuation models (DCF. Waccs), talking to partners to learn as muc has possible, conducting research for comparable companies, and helping with forensic reviews for litigation and fraud cases. was guided by mentors and helped those who needed my help

  • I developed my analytical and research skills by working on real forensic and valuation cases. I also improved my Excel and financial modeling abilities (constructed a dcf and wacc, learned to do a ppa), enhanced my attention to detail, and gained experience in professional communication and teamwork

  • Yes, I was given a balanced level of responsibility. While I received structured training and guidance, I also contributed to live projects, allowing me to apply what I learned in real-world scenarios and gradually take on more independent tasks.

  • I received a lot of support throughout my internship. The team was always approachable and always willing to help, offering clear guidance during training and on live projects. This made it easy to learn and build confidence in my work.

  • The company had a very inclusive and welcoming culture. From day one, I felt like part of the team. Everyone was friendly, supportive, and open to questions, which created a positive and collaborative work environment. There was a strong emphasis on learning and development, and team members were always willing to share their knowledge and offer guidance. The atmosphere made it easy to grow professionally and feel confident in contributing to projects.
