- Tracking progress of work complete - Seeing if there is new supports provided by the client. - Sampling and sending out samples then processing them

Support was adequate at times and quite lacking in others even though it was explicitly requested.

Good culture overall and nice people.

Overall, the placement was okay with major areas for improvement. Met some nice people but better training and resourcing could make the experience more enjoyable.
