  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • During my placement, I’ve significantly expanded my skill set – particularly in Adobe Premiere Pro through editing our quarterly podcast and Partner Spotlight series. My communication has improved; I now confidently share ideas and challenge perspectives to improve workflows. Working with European teams taught me to adapt to different dynamics, and transitioning from a B2C background to B2B and channel business helped me see the overlap between the two.

  • My advice would be to be proactive and open-minded. The company offers a wide range of opportunities, so showing enthusiasm and a willingness to learn goes a long way. Take the time to research the company, its values, and the department you're applying to - this not only helps tailor your application but also shows genuine interest.
