Overview
My Role was a digital distribution marketing Intern within the UPHE team. My role consisted of admin work, creating presentations, helping with film campaigns and influencer activations as well as assisting the team across all areas of the team as and when I was needed.
Skills
I have learnt how to use photoshop, excel, and gained a wide range of knowledge of the industry. I feel I have also developed my communication skills, confidence, adaptability to change and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was encouraged to get involved with anything and everything that I desired to. And was made to feel that no task I wanted to get involved with was too much responsibility.
Support & Guidance
I received constant support from my manager, colleagues, the early careers team and my fellow intern who was also in my team.
Culture
The company culture was welcoming and encouraging. They make the interns feel like permanent members of staff and we are constantly provided with enriching activities. We were also allowed to join all of the Employee Resource Groups whilst we were at the company
Your Impressions
I have absolutely loved my experience at NBCU and I feel that this year in the industry has helped me develop as a person and a professional. I feel that this placement with help me greatly in my future career.
