Overview
My day-to-day involves Systems Design work on Hydrogen Technology Fuel Systems.
Skills
I have developed skills such as decision making, time management, resource management. I have also developed my public speaking, interpersonal and negitotiaion skills.
Responsibilities
I was given great autonomy and trust since day 1, which allowed me to develop my critical thinking and decision making skills. It also made me feel respected and appreciated in my role.
Support & Guidance
I received support and guidance throughout my internship. The focus on early career development is excellent at Airbus. My supervisors provided support and guidance on every step of the way and gave me the opportunity to regularly reflect on my work and performance.
Culture
Company culture is focused on solutions, team work and innovation. The staff are very inclusive, kind and respectful of all of the employees working at airbus.
