Overview
Work with the CapEx team approving large and small investments, Helping project leaders get their projects ready for a approval. I also present CapEx performance to senior leaders across site and to the central team
Skills
Yes I have developed every pre-existing skill that I had and have developed a great deal of new skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, I have chaired meetings containing head of businesses and the plant manager, when one of the members of my team went off sick I took on almost all of the responsibility of their role
Support & Guidance
a great deal. I have bi-weekly development sessions with my manager

Yes
Ensure that your cover letter is tailored to role and the company and ensure all references to Airbus are accurate. Also don't be put off by the size of Airbus if you are not at a redbrick university. The interns at Airbus come from a huge variety of universities.
