  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Working on projects that address evolving environmental and societal needs, ensuring the business not only thrives but leads in sustainability • Managing all aspects of projects, including contracting, documentation, action plans, reporting, risk and opportunity assessments and time management - delivering KPIs and actions on time. • Implementing sustainability and environmental governance and target cascading in collaboration with stakeholders. • Working with industrial maintenance teams to implement transnational best practices in various production environments. • Advocating for safety and sustainability, fostering lasting connections across the Airbus Plant, and inspiring and engaging colleagues. • Upholding Airbus’ core values: customer focus, integrity, respect, creativity, reliability and teamwork

  • only after the 6 month period, the initial months felt slow and not much going on

  • minimal, I had to ask for it but I felt like I was disturbing people and felt a bit out of place

  • very male orientated, each area was different. a lack of cultural change with everyone set in their ways

  • there were good days and bad. Overall I am grateful for the experience and have learnt a lot and have met great people but the actual work I have done has not been enjoyable/rewarding

  • what areas to apply to specifically, its so big that there is so much to do and some placements are better than others, this wouldn't be known when applying only when you get here.
