Overview
managing and facilitating all orders for buy spares. ERP updating on stock and order status, resolving issues mainly regarding material and quality to meet customer requirements and ensure on time delivery of spare parts. representing the spares team at daily operations meetings and updating SLT on issues and KPI's (i.e on time delivery) of spares orders
Skills
management - being responsible for an order book within a wider team allows me to develop teamwork within cross functional teams. leadership - being accountable for my actions and delivery whilst being responsible for an order book means i have to lead other teams after me, particularly those within the logistics wider team
Responsibilities
yes, being the POC for an order book being key contact for resolving issues and taking parts one step further along the internal processes within the wider supply chain
Support & Guidance
the wider team is very experienced and knowledge able regarding material/customers/quality and they are always friendly to help and make time for my training
Culture
a really great place to work, the culture and friendliness in supply chain has been great and it is a pleasure to come in with people of all ages becoming your work mates
Your Impressions
A lot, I learnt loads, met loads of people, was part of a big operation and made a difference to the wider supply chain by being pro-active and taking initiative. it has been a very fun and rewarding year

apply for the right team/department. there is a lot going on here and a lot of opportunity but finding what is best for you is crucial
