Overview
Tooling design, Engine Manual updates and concessions by having conversations with the hardware owner, 3 D printers maintenance, assistance to speacial process owners in solving repair issues (technical issues)
Skills
Developed CAD skills and technical skills. Understood the how parts are designed based on repairability. 3D printing and maintenance skills. Lean six sigma principles.
Responsibilities
Yes I have been given a responsibility of solving repair issues with a part and getting concessions for each part by having conversations with the headquarters (design engineers) and achieving targets of engine assembly.
Support & Guidance
There are mentors and people leaders who are very supportive and sit between them. This is really helpful having conversations with them while understanding the business and technical aspect of the site. This also helps develop interest in a topic and work in projects with the help of mentors.
Culture
A very friendly and knowledgeable environment. Question are welcomed and answered by visually showing the issue on the shop floor. Encouragement from the shop floor and very supportive if placement 西瓜视频s make errors which are corrected by valid explanation.
