Yes! Lots of support available but you're treated like any other full time employee and you have to take responsibility for the quality of your work. You do most tasks independently but there's LOTS of support available. There's an expert for everything
Support & Guidance
Trainings while onboarding and the company paid for trainings when required on the job. We are assigned a manager and a supervisor to guide us through our personal development
Culture
People are TOO BUSY and work is slow paced but people are really nice and professional. Everyone is very supportive
