Overview
Helped my manager with any day-to-day administrative bits needed for used engine procurement needed for the completion of compliance projects. Led cross department meetings for improved communication. Created Power BI models and 3D virtual models of engine testing facilities as part of an individual project.
Skills
Massively improved data analysis and Power BI skills. Learned to look for creative solutions to ensure continuous improvement of activities. Further developed business communication, time management, project management skills. Became more attentive to details.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was allowed to focus on my interests and carry out 2 projects on my own, with not much manager guidance.
Support & Guidance
Two weeks of extensive training at the beginning of the placement, one week of practical training on engine specific knowledge. Help from my team members and learning opportunities were available throughout the placement.
Culture
