Overview
working on long term projects to improve the site facilities, such as new fire doors or building a new roof. also working on quick, reactive jobs throughout the day such as getting a leak patched or fixing an electrical outage. all of our work is completed by contractors, not the facilities management team. during quiet periods i complete admin work such as finance trackers and work permits as well as health and safety walks.

confidence in social situations from presenting in meetings health and safety skills through an IOSH course (paid for by the company) AUTOCAD skills through a course (paid for by the company) excel skills through a course (paid for by the company) planning skills and time management due to project work budgeting due to financial tracker
Responsibilities
yes, given responsibility to complete my own projects, but also support to make sure they were done given responsibility and trusted to work around site without having to tell my supervisor where i was or what i was doing

there wasnt a moment where i didnt feel supported by my team in my work
