Overview
Deal with OOG shipments and heavy shipments, finding the cheapest freight forwarder for these shipments. Tracking them and updating the customer. Presenting performance reports monthly to the FFs. AD-Hoc projects and tasks.
Skills
Improved confidence and speaking skills. Ability to be more thorough and work independently and in teams. Networking skills and even simpler things like email etiquette.

Management provided high levels of support and guidance, always there if you needed help and don't micromanage either.
Culture
Every person I have met at Cummins has been warm and welcoming. Everyone is ready to help each other and you never really feel left out.
