Overview
Ensurely timely delivery for projects, managing timelines, being a point of contact between vendors, agencies and other teams. Working very close with the Creative and Product Development team from concept to delivery. The role is very admin heavy: asset management, user-experience design via SharePoint,

Responsibilities
Yes and no. Some projects were 'managed' by me, this would include me proof-ready, problem solving, managing assets, remaining within brand licensing guidelines, delivering the project for them to be disseminated across teams.
Support & Guidance
A lot of guidance, there were endless opportunities for employees to receive support. For instance, weekly 1:1 check in's with your manager, mental health initiatives, had the opportunity to have a mentor who monitors and supports your performance, and many more.
Culture
The culture is very relaxed, yet it also remain professional. The atmosphere is easy going and friendly, the culture is very influential to the experience day-to-day.
Your Impressions
The interactions with other team members were friendly and interesting. It's a great opportunity, to learn about others academic and career journey. It's a good opportunity to form and foster connections - both internally and externally.
