I left feeling empowered, informed, and excited about pursuing a legal career in such an inclusive and forward-thinking environment.

During the A&O Shearman First Year Scheme, I significantly developed my commercial awareness, particularly in understanding how legal advice aligns with broader business goals. With a background in public engagement and a strong interest in legal tech, I鈥檇 love to bridge client needs with emerging solutions whether by supporting client-facing legal design, championing digital inclusion in pro bono work, or collaborating with Fuse start-ups to reimagine efficiency in legal service delivery.
