Overview
Across the two days, we engaged in interactive talks, workshops, and networking sessions focusing on areas such as Finance, Disputes, Corporate, ENRI, MIG, and Fuse.
Skills
I developed my commercial awareness, particularly through the 'How Do I Use Commercial Awareness as a First Seat Trainee?' session. I also strengthened my communication skills by networking with other first-year 西瓜视频s, lawyers, and graduate recruitment.
Business Insight
It was interesting learning practice areas I would be able to qualify into as a trainee and the experiences of trainees from my trainee buddy.
Culture
Even from my first event with the firm in Year 13, the culture and atmosphere of the firm seemed very diverse and welcoming, especially because of how nice the trainees and graduate recruitment were.
Your Impressions
I most enjoyed the Fuse session which demonstrated A&OS' work with start ups and AI technologies to improve workflows for lawyers.
