The Role
High pressure, competitive, challenging, steep learning curve - so rewarding. I would love to work here!
Everyone made an effort to make time to answer questions and treated with respect.
The entire team made an effort to make time for us, give us teach ins, and hours spent answering our questions - "no question is a stupid question"
Very busy in the mornings but it tailed off in the afternoon. Still had time to talk to people around the floor and spend time shadowing members of the team.
Due to compliance and rules, there was only a certain amount that we could do, but we compiled the emails in the morning and encouraged to formulate our own ideas.
Unbelievably useful, learnt an enormous amount. My understanding of the financial world has increased 100 fold.
The Company
Friendly but professional.
VERY well organised. HR are amazing.
Time, money and support. A huge investment.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Very, I would love to work here.
The Culture
Made some amazing friends over the last 10 weeks, hopefully some for life.
Lived at home, but great pubs and bars in Canary Wharf that we went to regularly.
Don't know.
A few such as the corporate run.
