About You
i enjoyed the coding session during the insights and the shadowing session with the buddies as it shows me the practical and real life work at the company.
i feel that the company did gives us a many opportunities to express our idea and talent in completing the task given.
we had the coding session help from the executives, which it very helpful in developing our code for the robocode challenge.
i was equipped with the extensive business presentation skills to expressing our idea, and of course with the coding assistence which is very helpful to us, in building up our IT skills.
The Company
it is a holistic approach, where almost every part of the IT department was covered. However, it is nessary for the company to take note that, in term of materials was presented. As it might be abit too dry for newcomer.
i feel that it is generally good, as they are encouraging us to express our thoughts and idea, and interesting group sessions to evaluate our team building skills.
the company developed us on presentation, pitching and communication. There is many opportunity to express our idea as well
the buddy shadowing session was a close to real life experience for us. It shows us how it was like to work in an organisation.
it is great, having real employee to communicate with us and you can ask them any question and they are good to answer to you.
i believe that pushing innovation is necessary for employees to stay motivated in the work. therefore, i was attracted to where how jpm encouraged innovation from Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ.
Everything Else
yes. But i will prefer jpm to pay us on some expenses, rather that just transport, as Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵs, the week of expense isn't low.
yes, there are. i exchange views with the VP, whether they are interested in developing modules with the university as well. They linked me up with external parties that might be interested in my idea.
great. it is very well-thought out. Opportunities are there to be grab.
yes. there are the business group where employees are able to self organise their own interests stuff as well. for like minded people.
yes i will. i will say, do open up other places of UK for people for spring week as well.
