    • I did really enjoy the insight as it allowed an incredible insight of the industry.

    • We were really valued and we felt as future workers of the bank. Moreover, they highlighted the level of this year's class allowing us feel confident.

    • During all the week we had constant guidance and coaching.

    • The skills developed during the insight assist us not only in our degree studies but beyond. We were abel to develop networking, analytical and teamwork skills.

    • During all the program the firm invested in our training and development, promoting different ways of learning.

    • During the insight I understood what it be like to have a full time role with the firm. Having contact with a lot of workers gave us a great understanding of J. P. Morgan's culture.

    • We have opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company every day and sometimes more than once a day.

    • Within the banks there are many associations in which the employees can get involved outside of work. For example, there are some groups for working women.
