About You
Greatly. I got to hang out with some of the smartest people around EMEA and have fun working on projects together. Apart from all the geniuses, J.P. Morgan has a very chilled and collegial culture which Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵs could sync to quickly. I simply enjoyed talking to everybody I met and would highly recommend the programme to anyone interested!
I was very impressed by how much the firm wanted us to succeed. The seniors who came talk to us were all highly approachable and encouraging, and the human resource team extended great support to prepare us towards the final presentation... Throughout the week I feel that people from J.P. Morgan were standing on our side and helping us to overcome each and every challenge. It is a dream place to be in.
A lot. I met different people from speed networking, career fair and lunch talks and they were all very supportive. A few of them turned into trusted mentor and we still remain contacts. The amount of support from the organising team was big and people would not hesitate asking about anything.
I developed a much clearer career goal thanks to Winning Women. It offers the chance to observe the personality and culture within different divisions. I can therefore decide which one fits my core skills and interest the best.
The Company
An enjoyable balance between learning, networking and the group project.
Friendly, outgoing, relaxed, supportive.
It requires big effort to put up a programme like Winning Women due to the variety of trainings involved. We were introduced to different corporate functions through interactive workshops, case studies, career fair, speed networking, mentorship and etc.. The amount of preparation and planning behind each seamlessly connected session was stunning.
Realistic expectation of what each roles entails and a clearer idea of longer term career path.
It helped gain an idea of both the company culture and division personality.
It was crucial. I decided on my current career goal based on the learnings.
Everything Else
I was paid and reimbursed expenses.
There were plenty of networking opportunities.
People were interesting and highly approachable.
Yes there are many business resource groups and volunteering opportunities available.
Yes definitely.
