About You
Although I was nervous to begin with, I settled straight in and learnt so much from day 1!
People were genuinely interested in my background and my aims for the future. I also gained valuable advice of how to advance further in the industry.
Everyone from first year analysts to managing directors were more than willing to spend time to answer questions or give advice.
One of the most valuable skills I gained was the confidence to network.
The Company
We first received talks on the different asset classes to allow us to make informed choices as to which rotations we wanted to take part in.
All of the interns got on really well - I really enjoyed my time there.
It was so great to be able to interact with very high up people!
I left with a very clear understanding of the company and the types of people it values as employees.
Everything Else
There were so many networking events and this was a great way to meet people.
Very nerve racking at first!
I learnt about opportunities to provide relief abroad which looked fun.
