About You
Absolutely loved it. It was intense but so rewarding. One of the best insight weeks around due to the amazing opportunities to work shadow and because it was sector specific.
It felt as if they were as interested in you as you were in the . A real feel of them looking to see if you could be a potential employer.
HR were very helpful and everything was well coordinated.
Definitely helpful for applying for the internship and hopefully for the job itself!
The Company
The time table made it clear what we were doing. Could have been a little more varied so as not to have so many talks all together which prolonged interactivity.
Friendly, helpful, full of like minded people, interesting and engaging because of the people I was able to meet and interactive with.
They really cared and this showed through the involvement of senior members of staff in the networking.
The days were long! But rewarding. Being able to work shadow and ask questions about how employees balance their lives gave more of an insight as well as being able to see what they do in their day to day jobs.
Dispelled many myths, promoted a team orientated and friendly culture.
Everything Else
Given apartment to stay in! Made the experience ever more real!
Constantly.
Much better than other banks as the staff approached you and wanted to speak to as many people as possible.
Would have been nice to see a bit Morebonformation about the specifics of these events.
Amazing exprrience
