About You
The insight was very well structured and gave me an overview of all of the important divisions within the firm
I felt like everyone was very helpful and they wanted us to be curious and ask questions.
The support was fantastic, since you got to have a mentor as well as a group project mentor and the Graduate Team was ready to answer any questions.
The insight was invaluable and it will help me in my further career as well as my studies
The Company
It was very nicely structured, but at times the sessions felt packed with few breaks in-between
Everyone I have met was extremely helpful and friendly, which made the company seem like a great place to work at
The company invested a great amount, since there were many workshops and talks from senior management, as well as interactive games to help us strengthen skills.
Current employees were very helpful in describing their day to day activities
The culture of the firm was evident throughout the week, as employees valued the diverse and constantly stimulating workplace environment
It was extremely valuable, as I clearly understood the distinction between the different branches within the company and the different skillset needed for each particular job
Everything Else
All costs were either paid or reimbursed very swiftly
There were networking lunches with people form each division of the bannk
They were very nicely structured, however they often coincided with lunch and it felt uneasy at times to eat and network
There was a very helpful panel debate on the different networks within the company
I think this insight was a invaluable experience and I would recommend it to anyone interested in working in the field.
