This insight was intellectually stimulating throughout since we faced problems which we had never encountered previously, but were provided with the tools and guidance to tackle them effectively.

During networking sessions people where interested in hearing from you, and your opinion about certain subjects. I felt very valued during this insight.

The possibility of asking questions to people from all positions and divisions of the firm was very insightful. We were also assigned a mentor to complete a project, which gave us the best first hand guidance into the industry.

This insight was tremendously useful to develop teamwork and communication & networking skills. The progression of the week was so well designed that you found yourself many times applying knowledge directly after learning it.

Well structured with a progression parting from the general to the specific. This was very helpful to understand the operation of the firm, and the different opportunities inside.

The community and culture in the firm was incredibly supportive. I felt from the first day that I could approach anyone without fear.

Culture in the firm was not about "business values" pasted on the walls of every office. It was about the strong teamwork bonds that where established between the employees. This stood out clearly as the culture of the firm, and did not have to be emphasised.

There were many opportunities for networking, however I sometimes felt that more people could be invited, or that a method could be devised such that everybody could talk - sometimes some people just won´t leave the employee breate!
