About You
The insight gave me the amazing chance of meeting awesome people. Networking with all the heads of department in this company allowed me to understand more about what they do and what I want to do with my future career.
The people there were really friendly, and not only the people from the company, but the other interns as well. I made amazing friends in just a week with which I will continue to communicate with. Everyone was ready to help out and answer all the questions you possibly had.
There were designated people to everyone to do work-shadowing. This was by far the most valuable thing the Spring Week included, as we got to see how a normal work day looks like through the eyes of a graduate at J.P. Morgan.
Understanding the infrastructure and complexity of the company's technology sector is a heavy task. By slightly going through the basics we received an overall picture that will serve us as guidance in our future career for sure.
The Company
The insight was well balanced with social events and talks from people in the company.
People there were interested in us and saw us as future colleague, rather than 西瓜视频s with inferrior knowledge.
The company gave us a taste of how it works, what it expects and how it does it with an interesting set of games and challenges.
Through the work shadowing I significantly understood what the work process of a developer/analyst is.
Before I had the internship, I had a wrong impression of people who worked in investment banks. The atmosphere is completely different from what i thought.
The content that was presented to us was eye-opening. Great overall experience and insight, which I would recommend to everyone.
Everything Else
All my expenses were covered by the company.
Each day we had the opportunity to meet employees of the company and network with them.
The networking/social event opportunities were pleasent and quite formal. The people who we spoke to were really happy to hear all our questions.
There are lots of events that are organised each week, like quizzez, sporting events and many others.
This is an experience which I would recommend not only to friends, but to everyone. Having a Spring Week at J.P. Morgan in Technology gave me the great opportunity to network with lots of people and further improve my knowledge in different areas.
