    • Definitely challenging, intensive and well-prepared.

    • The people were very approachable and strengthened my desire to serve for J.P. Morgan.

    • Our group mentor and my personal mentor have been invaluable. They helped me to get the most out of it.

    • For my studies this was helpful in terms of presentation and time management skills. However, it has been most critical for my future career.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • The programme was very well planned and effective. One could see the enourmous amount of effort put into it.

    • Excellent. People were very motivated and always keen to ask questions, learn and contribute in team work sessions.

    • J.P. Morgan informed us about how people receive training and support over the course of their career.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?

    • Since it was only a one week programme, this experience is difficult to compare with full-time employment. However, challenges faced definitely mirrored those of a full time employee.

    • Very much. Employees always emphasised their believes on what J. P. Morgan stands for, what our orgins are and how we work.

    • Very insightful; presentations, networking sessions and the group project offered this experience.

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

    • My accomodation and travel expenses were covered.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • Quite a few. However, as the group project took a lot of time, meeting after programme hours was a bit more difficult, but never impossible. Make the effort.

    • I cannot have wished for more, they were great.

    • Yes. Just ask the people; they are very willing to share.
