About You
It was really insightful, very in depth if you thought a week was not enough.
With employees busy schedules they still took time out to explain simple things carefully. Just shows how much they value potential talent.
Too much. Prior to the presentation we received a skills session talk to prepare us for the presentation and at the start of the week we received a talk which informed us on tips to be successful over the insight week.
I learnt how to handle and control nerves during a presentation and how to work well in a team.
The Company
Very well planned and organised
Very friendly.
They really took time out to develop us by giving us mentors who were always there for advice and help.
The insight was too in depth. I got to talk to a lot of the staff asking them about their roles and daily life and their life outside of work. It was truly 'in the life of ....'
The culture was a friendly work hard play hard culture and you could see that in the interaction with the employees.
We spent more than enough time at each rotation to help in our decision making.
Everything Else
Travel expenses and food was covered.
Plenty plenty plenty
Very well planned and tailored.
Lots of volunteering opportunities.
